Is there a limit on how many Pro Intro, Meet the Pro, or Pro Broadcast videos I can upload?
Yes and no. Starter is max 4 uploads per month. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
Can we track videos and how?
Yes, you can track videos on your Pro Dashboard under Performance. Gain insights on your viewers. Monitoring video analytics can help professionals plan better follow-ups.
How does a potential customers contact me?
Potential customers can contact you right on your Billboard. They can call or send a message directly to you via email, text, and your ProCast mailbox. Turn potential leads into new business without additional work on your part!
Can I edit the video and upload my own images and logos?
You can upload your own images and logos when submitting a new script to create a Digital Twin video. However, you won’t be able to edit your existing Digital Twin videos yourself — our Content & Avatar Management team will take care of all edits for you!
How easy is it to create videos?
It’s super easy! Just upload a high-quality headshot and a 90-second voice recording, then submit the script of what you want your Digital Twin to say — and that’s it! We’ll handle the rest and make the process fast and seamless.

Simply upload a high quality headshot of yourself and a 90-second voice recording. Then submit a script of what you want your Digital Twin to say – and that’s it!
How Does My Digital Twin Know What To Say?
We make the process simple. Voice record or type out your responses in our script forms found on your dashboard.
Can I edit the video and upload my own images and logos?
Yes, you are able to upload your own images and logo. No, you cannot edit your video using your digital twin yourself. However, edits can be made by contacting our support team.
Can I add music to my videos?
We currently offer a library of music to add to your videos.
Is this technology dangerous? Can I make an AI Avatar of anyone?
We enforce a strict moderation policy to ensure our videos and Avatars are used responsibly. You cannot make an Avatar for anyone. Any individual that creates an Avatar of themselves must sign a contract, or give consent.
Do I Own the Videos I Create?
You have full access to your videos while you’re an active subscriber. However, ownership of the video content remains with ProCast. If your subscription ends, access to the videos and platform tools will be paused until reactivated.
How many videos can I create per day with my AI twin?
At this time, you can create up to 10 videos per day with your Digital Twin. There is a max of 2 minutes and 30 seconds for each video.
What if I don't like the way my AI twin looks?
You can create a new Digital Twin, by going on your dashboard and selecting “create digital twin” > uploading a new photo and recording a 2 minute voice capture.
What topics can I cover in my videos?
You can cover any topics relevant to your expertise such as insights, FAQs, industry updates, services, thought leadership, niche specialties, or timely commentary for your audience.
How long does each video take to generate?
Your videos can take up 3-5 business days to generate depending on if you’d like to add backgrounds and animations to your videos. There is a max of 2 minutes and 30 seconds for your video length.
Will there be a watermark on these videos?
No, there will be no ProCast watermarks on these videos.
Can I change the speed in which the AI twin talks?
Yes, you can. However, we do not recommend it because the voice will not sound natural. If you are unsatisfied with the voice, you can simply re-record your voice and submit for changes.
Is there a limit to WHERE I can post these videos?
No, there is no limit to where you can post your videos. You can post it on your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Postcards, Business Cards, Emails, Texting, etc.
